With the Open Text Content Server Add-On module xml-Interlinks you can:

• Make selective backups of single objects, such as folders.
• Create data templates to e.g. copy projects as often as required onto the same or any other Open Text Content Server system.
• Process Open Text Content Server object properties offline with XML parsers and reimport the data.
• Export a search: Here you can search for certain terms and the found object will also be exported for you in XML format.
• Make your Open Text Content Server data available in the offline reader with HTML user interface.
• Optional: Synchronize once or regularly your Open Text Content Server objects on different Open Text Content Server systems.

The import and export supports almost any Open Text Content Server object, such as
e.g. Project Folders with their sub-folders. During this process all additional
properties such as rights, category attribution and version information are
also processed. Exports created with xml-Interlinks can then be reimported
into the same or any other Open Text Content Server system.
